Installation
From Microsoft AppSource
- Open Word, Excel, or PowerPoint
- Go to Insert → Get Add-ins
- Search for "GoValid"
- Click Add
Manual Installation
- Download from GoValid Third-Party Downloads
- Follow the installation wizard
- Restart Office applications
Getting Started
Sign In
- Click the GoValid tab in the ribbon
- Click Sign In
- Enter your GoValid credentials
- Authorize the add-in
Create a QR Code (Word)
- Place cursor where you want the QR code
- Click GoValid → Insert QR
- Choose QR type and enter content
- Click Generate
- QR code is inserted into your document

PDF Stamping
Add QR codes to existing PDF documents:
- Click GoValid → PDF Stamping
- Select PDF file
- Choose QR position (corner, header, footer)
- Configure QR content
- Click Stamp PDF
- Download stamped PDF
Position Options

Bulk QR from Excel
Generate multiple QR codes from spreadsheet data:
- Prepare Excel with columns: Title, Content, Type
- Select data range
- Click GoValid → Bulk Generate
- Map columns to QR fields
- Click Generate All
- Download QR codes as ZIP

Troubleshooting
Add-in Not Loading
- Check internet connection
- Clear Office cache
- Sign out and sign in again
- Reinstall the add-in
Authentication Issues
- Ensure cookies are enabled
- Check firewall settings
- Try incognito/private mode
- Contact support if persists
QR Not Generating
- Check your GoValid subscription
- Verify API limits not exceeded
- Ensure valid content format
- Check error message for details
